Snowy Cocoa Balls Cookies


Very delicious cookies and easy to made.

Ingredients:
A: Butter 95gm, Icing Sugar 35g
B: Cake flour 110g, Cocoa Powder 15g
C: Peanuts 50g

Methods:
1. Bake peanuts and chop finely.
2. Beat mixture A till fluffy.
3. Sift B into A, mix well. Add in peanuts.
4. Place the dough in a plastic and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
5. Preheat Oven at 150°C for 8 minutes.
6. Divide the dough into TWO parts. Each part divided to 10 small equal portions.
7. Shape it round and put on a baking sheet and bake at 150°C for 30 minutes.
8. Remove from oven and let it cool. Sprinkle the top with icing sugar.

材料:
A: 牛油 95gm, 糖粉 35gm
B: 低筋面粉 110gm, 可可粉 15gm
C: 花生 50gm

做法:
1. 烤花生然后切细.
2. 把A搅拌至松发.
3. 把B筛入A,搅拌至无干粉状.加入花生.
4. 把面团放入一个纸袋中(拍扁),冷藏15分钟.
5. 烤箱预热 150°C.
6. 把面团分成2份. 然后每份分成10份小面团. (总共20个小面团)
7. 将面团搓圆然后送入烤箱. 150°C 烤 30 分钟.
8. 烤熟后取出降温稍凉后,再撒上糖分即可.

原本的食谱是 180°C 烤 15 分钟但不熟投...
烤25-30 分钟才能熟但饼干会有苦味...
改了 150°C 烤 30 分钟,熟透而且好吃!
