Pumpkin Pork Belly


南瓜扣肉

Ingredient A:
Pumpkin 南瓜
Pork Belly (Can) 罐头扣肉

Ingredient B:
Onion Leave 葱仔
Garlic 蒜头
Onion 大冲
Ginger 姜
Water 水/扣肉的汁

Ingredient C:
Spices 丁香花
Preserved Bean Curd 红腐乳

Method:
Fried Pumpkin 煎南瓜
Blend all the Ingredient B and separate the liquid 搅拌材料B然后滤渣
Boiled the Ingredient B & C 把B& C煮熟
Place Pumpkin,Belly Pork & gravy. Steam it for 40 min.
把南瓜片和扣肉片排好然后淋上酱汁即可,蒸40分钟即可.

I finished it very fast as it is too delicious.

I love the cheese cake. Mocha ice....taste like sorbet.

I am shock when they serve me whole jar of the green tea.
Yup...the whole jar for RM 3.00.

Snowy Cocoa Balls Cookies


Very delicious cookies and easy to made.

Ingredients:
A: Butter 95gm, Icing Sugar 35g
B: Cake flour 110g, Cocoa Powder 15g
C: Peanuts 50g

Methods:
1. Bake peanuts and chop finely.
2. Beat mixture A till fluffy.
3. Sift B into A, mix well. Add in peanuts.
4. Place the dough in a plastic and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
5. Preheat Oven at 150°C for 8 minutes.
6. Divide the dough into TWO parts. Each part divided to 10 small equal portions.
7. Shape it round and put on a baking sheet and bake at 150°C for 30 minutes.
8. Remove from oven and let it cool. Sprinkle the top with icing sugar.

材料:
A: 牛油 95gm, 糖粉 35gm
B: 低筋面粉 110gm, 可可粉 15gm
C: 花生 50gm

做法:
1. 烤花生然后切细.
2. 把A搅拌至松发.
3. 把B筛入A,搅拌至无干粉状.加入花生.
4. 把面团放入一个纸袋中(拍扁),冷藏15分钟.
5. 烤箱预热 150°C.
6. 把面团分成2份. 然后每份分成10份小面团. (总共20个小面团)
7. 将面团搓圆然后送入烤箱. 150°C 烤 30 分钟.
8. 烤熟后取出降温稍凉后,再撒上糖分即可.

原本的食谱是 180°C 烤 15 分钟但不熟投...
烤25-30 分钟才能熟但饼干会有苦味...
改了 150°C 烤 30 分钟,熟透而且好吃!

Honestly, I am not a fan of Vinegar.
I know it is healthy but it is way too sour for me.
However, i persuade myself to get one...
Come on, give it a try... 


They also serve sandwiches beside drinks...

No vinegar smell but can taste the vinegar...
It is likes Mango Vinegar Smoothies.
Please don't drink too FAST as you will get chock if you do.

MAC D: Spicy Habanero Chicken

I Love Mac D even I know it is FAT foods.
I will eat at least once in a month...sometime 4 times or more... =P
Don't be so hard to live...

My all time favorite is Spicy Deluxe but today i want to try their Spicy Habanero Chicken.
I am not a world cup fan.
I just like anything with SPICY one.
However, this burger is kind of failure one so far in Mac D.
I don't know that is mustard or any lemon sauce in the burger.
It is way too sour and too much for a burger.
Besides sour, that chicken is quite hard.
I don't know it is their recipe or staffs' careless.
I am just not going to eat this anymore...

I am so headache with Mac D sometime.
First, i ate d biggest onion ring in my prosperity burger. 
Hello, why don't you put the whole onion in?
Second, i ate hard like rock chicken for the Spicy Deluxe. (2 times)
Third, i ate these super sour and hard chicken for the Spicy Habanero Chicken.

Oh god, if i eat any rock chicken again, 
i want to quit eating at Mac D already.

Tian Ding Xiang Gurney

Stir-Fried Kong Bao Mantis Prawn Meat
宫保爆虾蛄肉

Set lunch contain:
 Rice
Kong Bao Mantis Prawn Meat
Vegetables Soup
3 side dishes - 2 slices bacon meat, curry half side egg and salad with crunchy small fish
Soy Jelly

Once you sit down, they will serve you a plate of the preserved peanut.
The Kong Bao Mantis Prawn Meat is very delicious.
Bacon Meat ... it taste so good until i wanted to re-order again.
The side dishes are well prepared and tasty.
Soup is Sze Chuan Sour vegetables soup...contain celery. 
Dessert very smooth and not too sweet.

Overall, it is a satisfied meal.

However, if you having meal there. 
Please remember to claim your receipt as they seem overcharge me.
(Maybe for the peanut that i didn't order)

I am a bit rush as i have to go YOGA after that.
I only realized i am paying extra after i add in the 10% service charge when i am writing my blog.
I should remember to keep all the receipt....sigh.
It is still worth the price even paying extra.
The food is fresh and tasty after all.
