Pumpkin Pork Belly


南瓜扣肉

Ingredient A:
Pumpkin 南瓜
Pork Belly (Can) 罐头扣肉

Ingredient B:
Onion Leave 葱仔
Garlic 蒜头
Onion 大冲
Ginger 姜
Water 水/扣肉的汁

Ingredient C:
Spices 丁香花
Preserved Bean Curd 红腐乳

Method:
Fried Pumpkin 煎南瓜
Blend all the Ingredient B and separate the liquid 搅拌材料B然后滤渣
Boiled the Ingredient B & C 把B& C煮熟
Place Pumpkin,Belly Pork & gravy. Steam it for 40 min.
把南瓜片和扣肉片排好然后淋上酱汁即可,蒸40分钟即可.
