Poppy Seed Soy Milk Loaf 28.05.2014

Poppy Seed Soy Milk Loaf


Ingredients A:
High Protein Flour 高筋面粉 300 gm
Fine Granulate Sugar 幼糖 45 gm
Sea Salt 海盐 1 1/2 tsp
Instant Yeast 即溶发‘肖’母 11 gm
Shortening 白油 20 gm
Olive Spread 橄榄牛油 10 gm (Substitute Margarine)

Ingredients B:
Poppy Seed 罂粟籽 25 gm
Cold Soy Milk 豆奶 175 gm

Tools:
1 Loaf Tin 面包模 (Greased) ( 4 X 8 X 4 )

Methods:
1. Mix A well then add in B. Rest for 30 mins.
2. Divide the dough into 2 parts (1 part = 285 gm) . Rest for 10 mins. 
3. Use hand flatten the dough and roll up. Place 2 dough in the Loaf Tin.
4. Rest under the sun or any hot place (cover with cling film) for 40 - 60 mins. 
It will become double the size.
5. Bake at 185°C in the middle of oven for 20 - 25 mins or till it turn golden brown.

做法:
1. 将材料 A 搅匀 后加入 材料 B. 揉面团至弹性。让面团休息 30分钟.
2. 把面团分成两份 (一份大概 285 gm). 揉圆后放置 10分钟.
3. 把面团压扁后后卷起,把2个面团放入面包模.
4. 用保鲜纸包然后放在太阳底下/热的地方 40 - 60 分钟 直到它变两倍大.
5. 放入 Oven 中层, 以 185°C 烘 20 - 25 分钟 或 金黄色即可...

Healthy Organic Spinach Noodle 27.05.2014

 Today Lunch (3 servings)



Ingredients:

Organic Spinach Noodle -1 Pack (Bought in Tesco in organic department)
Garlic -2 Gloves 
Chicken Sausage -some
Chicken Mince Meat -some
Cherry Tomato -4 pcs

Seasoning:
Cooking Oil
Sesame Oil
Soy Sauce
Black Soy Sauce
White Pepper Powder
Corn Starch

Methods:
1. Mix Chicken Mince Meat with sesame oil, soy sauce, white pepper and corn starch. Put aside.
2. Boil the water, put the whole pack of noodle in after water boiled. 
Label said cook 5 min but i cook about 8-10 min. (cook till soft) 
Put the noodle in the cold water for 30 seconds and rinse all the water.
3. Cooing oil in the hot frying pan, fried sausage first then put in the garlic and fried till golden color.
4. Put in the mince meat then the noodle.
5. Black soy sauce, pepper and soy sauce as personal taste.
6. Stir the noodle and all the meat with chopstick. 

Done... 
The green color spinach Noodle actually freak people out if didn't put some black soy sauce.
However, this is amazing taste good and healthy. (I think) 
Sausage is leftover after do PIZZA...^^





Egg-less Chocolate Chips Pancake DIY 27.05.2014


Today Breakfast: Egg-less Chocolate Chips Pancake
This is so easy than what I expected...

Ingredients A:
All Purpose Flour 1 Cup
Sugar 1 Tsp
Baking Powder 2 Tsp(s)
Ground Cinnamon 1/4 Tsp (a pinch)

Ingredients B:
Soy Milk 1 Cup (Substitute for Milk)
Olive Spread 2 Tbsp (Substitute for Butter) [Melt and put at last]
Olive Oil 1 Tbsp (Vegetables Oil also can)
Water 1 Tbsp
Vanilla Extract 1 Tsp

Ingredients C: (Optiona)
Chocolate Chips
Crystal Pear
Raisins

Methods:
1. Combine B to A, Mix well. (Do not over-mix)
2. Pour the Olive Spread to the batter and mix well.
3. Put some chocolate chips in the batter and mix well.(Let the batter rest for 5 min.)
4. Fried it on a non-stick frying pan (without oil) about 4-5 min and turn side for another 2-3 min.
(If put chocolate chips in the batter may turn out not so pretty)
5. Can eat with any fruits such as crystal pear, mix berries or just maple syrup.

Wahlala....It taste like Mangchang Kuih actually...haha...

PIZZA DIY 25.05.2014



Ingredients A: 
Self Raising Flour 自发粉 150g 
Fine Granulated Sugar 幼糖 2 Tbsp (2茶匙)

Ingredient B: 
Water 水 6 Tbsp (6茶匙)
Olive Oil 2 橄榄油/沙拉油 2 Tsp (Original is Salad Dressing) (2小匙)

Ingredient C: (Optional)
Pineapple 黄莉
Sausage 香肠
Tomato Puree 番茄意大利酱
Cheese 起司
Dry Basil Herbs 九层塔香草
Chili Flakes 辣椒干的片

Methods:
1. Mix A & B till become a dough. Use clingfilm wrap and let the dough sit for 1-2 hours.
2. After 2 hours, cut the dough into 2 parts.
3. Use rolling pin to roll the dough to diameter about 22-24 cm. Use folk make some holes.
4. Fry it on the frying pan with small fire for 4-5 min and turn another side for 2 min.
5. You can cook Ingredient C first before spread on the pizza or
you can spread everything you want and put into Oven bake at 200°C for 10 min.
(My pineapple cut too big already, this is my first time cut pineapple with its skin on.)

If you wondering why only one side got cheese only....
It is because my hubby can't take dairy product...

做法:
1. 把材料A和材料B揉成面粉团。用保鲜膜包后放一边大约1-2小时。
2. 1-2小时后,把面粉团切成2等份,重新搓圆。
3. 用手轻压面团中央,用擀面棍杆成圆圈直径22-24cm.
4. 放入平底锅,用叉叉几个洞.
5. 不须加油,小火煎4-5分钟,翻面再煎2分钟即可.
6.材料可以另外炒熟再放在Pizza上或是
把所有东西排在上面后,放入烤箱200度烤10分钟。

小提示:如果揉的时候太粘自己加粉,如果不够粘合加点水...

Langkawi 01.05.2014 (Day 1)

Family Trip to Langkawi (3D2N)

Ferry from Penang to Langkawi (2ways): RM128 per person
Duration: 3 hours
Time: 8.15am or 8.30am 




We reach Langkawi Jetty Point about 12noon.
Rent a Nissan March: RM350 for 3days. 
The only problem is the fuel needle out of service that teach me a lesson after i kept refill it.
Petrol cost me RM 90 which i actually return them a car with nearly full tank of petrol.

Then i drove to our hotel from Kuah. 
It took us about 15-20min to reach at One Helang Hotel, Jalan Lima.
Speed Limit: 70 KM/H

I booked One Helang Hotel from Agoda.com (My favorite website)
It costs me RM614.70 for 3 days 2 night with extra bed (including breakfast)
Peak season !!!
However, I Love these hotel very much.











Lunch: Red Tomato!

Very comfortable place ~



Tomato soup, Nico....... Salads and Pizza.. (about RM 5+.++)

Desert: Panna Corta ~ Super delicious (RM 1+.++)

Hoegaarden (RM10.00)


After have our lunch, we decided to go Oriental Village.
We couldn't take Sky Cab as too many people Q-ing (Holiday).
We walk walk here and there and we decided to go watch 6D movie. 
That is a new experience for me.
