Today Breakfast: Egg-less Chocolate Chips Pancake
This is so easy than what I expected...
Ingredients A:
All Purpose Flour 1 Cup
Sugar 1 Tsp
Baking Powder 2 Tsp(s)
Ground Cinnamon 1/4 Tsp (a pinch)
Ingredients B:
Soy Milk 1 Cup (Substitute for Milk)
Olive Spread 2 Tbsp (Substitute for Butter) [Melt and put at last]
Olive Oil 1 Tbsp (Vegetables Oil also can)
Water 1 Tbsp
Vanilla Extract 1 Tsp
Ingredients C: (Optiona)
Chocolate Chips
Crystal Pear
Raisins
Methods:
1. Combine B to A, Mix well. (Do not over-mix)
2. Pour the Olive Spread to the batter and mix well.
3. Put some chocolate chips in the batter and mix well.(Let the batter rest for 5 min.)
4. Fried it on a non-stick frying pan (without oil) about 4-5 min and turn side for another 2-3 min.
(If put chocolate chips in the batter may turn out not so pretty)
5. Can eat with any fruits such as crystal pear, mix berries or just maple syrup.
Wahlala....It taste like Mangchang Kuih actually...haha...
