Healthy Organic Spinach Noodle 27.05.2014

 Today Lunch (3 servings)



Ingredients:

Organic Spinach Noodle -1 Pack (Bought in Tesco in organic department)
Garlic -2 Gloves 
Chicken Sausage -some
Chicken Mince Meat -some
Cherry Tomato -4 pcs

Seasoning:
Cooking Oil
Sesame Oil
Soy Sauce
Black Soy Sauce
White Pepper Powder
Corn Starch

Methods:
1. Mix Chicken Mince Meat with sesame oil, soy sauce, white pepper and corn starch. Put aside.
2. Boil the water, put the whole pack of noodle in after water boiled. 
Label said cook 5 min but i cook about 8-10 min. (cook till soft) 
Put the noodle in the cold water for 30 seconds and rinse all the water.
3. Cooing oil in the hot frying pan, fried sausage first then put in the garlic and fried till golden color.
4. Put in the mince meat then the noodle.
5. Black soy sauce, pepper and soy sauce as personal taste.
6. Stir the noodle and all the meat with chopstick. 

Done... 
The green color spinach Noodle actually freak people out if didn't put some black soy sauce.
However, this is amazing taste good and healthy. (I think) 
Sausage is leftover after do PIZZA...^^
