PIZZA DIY 25.05.2014



Ingredients A: 
Self Raising Flour 自发粉 150g 
Fine Granulated Sugar 幼糖 2 Tbsp (2茶匙)

Ingredient B: 
Water 水 6 Tbsp (6茶匙)
Olive Oil 2 橄榄油/沙拉油 2 Tsp (Original is Salad Dressing) (2小匙)

Ingredient C: (Optional)
Pineapple 黄莉
Sausage 香肠
Tomato Puree 番茄意大利酱
Cheese 起司
Dry Basil Herbs 九层塔香草
Chili Flakes 辣椒干的片

Methods:
1. Mix A & B till become a dough. Use clingfilm wrap and let the dough sit for 1-2 hours.
2. After 2 hours, cut the dough into 2 parts.
3. Use rolling pin to roll the dough to diameter about 22-24 cm. Use folk make some holes.
4. Fry it on the frying pan with small fire for 4-5 min and turn another side for 2 min.
5. You can cook Ingredient C first before spread on the pizza or
you can spread everything you want and put into Oven bake at 200°C for 10 min.
(My pineapple cut too big already, this is my first time cut pineapple with its skin on.)

If you wondering why only one side got cheese only....
It is because my hubby can't take dairy product...

做法:
1. 把材料A和材料B揉成面粉团。用保鲜膜包后放一边大约1-2小时。
2. 1-2小时后,把面粉团切成2等份,重新搓圆。
3. 用手轻压面团中央,用擀面棍杆成圆圈直径22-24cm.
4. 放入平底锅,用叉叉几个洞.
5. 不须加油,小火煎4-5分钟,翻面再煎2分钟即可.
6.材料可以另外炒熟再放在Pizza上或是
把所有东西排在上面后,放入烤箱200度烤10分钟。

小提示:如果揉的时候太粘自己加粉,如果不够粘合加点水...
